@Sylvhem that said it's hard to imagine still having any kind of presence here if twitter dies. mastodon felt like a really great idea but unfortunately it's just ALWAYS been more dead than even twitter at its worst :(

Well, Iāve never been a really active Twitter user, but Iāve been on Mastodon for 5 years now and I always thought it super activeā¦ I wonder if itās because you follow mainly people you already knew from Twitter? Or maybe my perspective is skewed.
@Sylvhem Honestly I'm not even talking about my own feed (although that's dead too for sure, despite my best efforts), I mean that people don't really seem to interact much over here!

I really wonder what goes into this.
And I personnally think it's for the better, but I understand that, for somebody used to such level of ābut wait, there's moreā, anything else will look dead.
