Le Livre d'Argent

Artists really hate realistic dragon wing membranes.

@volpeon realistic dragon? Huh, what's next realistic magic?

@lanodan @volpeon Technically, dragon wings are realistic:

@lanodan Fine, let's call it "plausible" then woozy_baa

@lanodan @volpeon we take rock, perform some alchemy on it, turn it into slab, inscribe intricate runes and trick it into thinking.

@hj @volpeon Damn, don't even need to be a 30 years old virgin to become a wizard.

@lanodan @volpeon you're wizard? hurry up and install my application then!!

@lanodan @volpeon Should check the differences and common points between their patagias and bat wings or pterosaur wings :D

@lanodan @volpeon Yep, bats & pterosaurs use their "hands" as wings (on one finger for pterosaurs, on three for bats, IIRC), while birds use their full arms and flying dragons have specific things growing from ribs. Flying squirrels use skin growing between arms and legs, IIRC. A lot of different possibilities.

@lanodan @volpeon Microraptors had feathered wings on both arms and legs, so 4 limbs is absolutely possible!
